A unique after-hours event
When the Brontë novels were first published, their work was viewed as accomplished, ground-breaking and, quite frequently, controversial. Whether it was the rage of a young Jane Eyre, the irreligiosity of Catherine and Heathcliff or the unconventional choices of Helen Graham, their characters tended to break the mould.
