Find out where the ideas came from for this magical series, try some writers’ warm-up tasks, and then begin a magic-filled story of your own! This is set to be an accessible and interactive workshop and storytelling session for children.

Tickets: £7 (one ticket per child and one free accompanying adult)

Liz Flanagan is an award-winning author whose books include the Wildsmith series of chapter books, beautifully illustrated by Joe Todd-Stanton, and the exciting Legends of the Sky fantasy series - including Dragon Daughter and the most recent book The Pirate’s Dragon.
 
Liz's YA novel Eden Summer was nominated for the Carnegie Medal. She lives in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, and teaches creative writing in many different settings.
