For very special people & occasions
Private Tours
If you would like to delve deeper into the lives of the Brontës, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to book a Private Tour with a specially-trained guide, who will provide a personalised, tailored tour through the lives and works of this extraordinary family. Your Private Tour will take place while the Museum is closed to the public (on Mondays and Tuesdays*) and will include a 'behind the scenes' visit to our library where research and conservation work are carried out.
Each of our guides has a wealth of knowledge. If you have an interest in a certain novel or member of the Brontë family, we would be happy to focus on that particular aspect - just let us know at time of booking.
Your personalised tour of the Museum will take approximately one hour and promises to be a moving and unforgettable experience.
*Please note that we do not offer Private Tours in January as this is when we carry out essential maintenance work, change our displays and install our new exhibition and we do not offer Private Tours on Bank Holiday Mondays and Mondays from May to September as we are open to the public.
