By joining the Brontë Society, you'll be making a difference.
Your support directly helps us to look after our collection and preserve the Brontë story for future generations.
We have three different levels of Brontë Society membership (plus paper and digital options), all of which support our mission to keep the Brontë legacy alive.
Use our helpful table at the bottom of the page to compare membership types.

'Paper' members receive their communication in the same way as digital members, except Gazette, which they receive in the post.
In addition, 'paper' members can receive printed AGM documents, although in order to support our environmental responsibility goals and keep postage and printing costs down, we respectfully ask that ‘paper’ members consider receiving these documents digitally.
Brontë Studies
Brontë Studies is the official journal of the Brontë Society. It's published three times a year and is the only academic journal devoted to the lives and works of the Brontë family. All members can access current and back issues of Brontë Studies and its predecessor Transactions via the members' area of our website. Alternatively, you can opt for a membership which includes a subscription to a printed version of Brontë Studies for an extra £20 per year.
