Since early 2024, members of the Brontë Stitching Group have been working with artist Claire Wellesley-Smith, coming together in Haworth every other week to create a collaborative stitched textile.
Inspired by the changing seasons, the landscape, and the Brontës, the finished piece explores personal and collective journeys throughout the local area. The group is proud to display their Threaded Journeys in the Museum as the district celebrates Bradford’s year as City of Culture.
