The Museum team
A shared passion
We're a small museum with a big reach, made up of staff and volunteers with a shared interest that brings us together - a passion for all things Brontë!
When you visit the Museum, you'll meet staff and volunteers in our Visitor Experience Team on the welcome desk, in the shop, and around the Museum itself. They're always happy to answer your Brontë-related questions and make sure you get the most from your trip.
There are also teams working behind the scenes - from curatorial and finance, to looking after our membership, programming events, and keeping our spaces clean and safe. You might not see these staff members so much around the Museum, but they're here to help us bring the Brontës to the world and the world to Yorkshire!
Volunteer Team
We couldn't offer the same immersive and inspiring experience without our wonderful volunteers. This includes our green-fingered Gardening Team, individuals who volunteer on the Visitor Experience and Learning Teams, and volunteers at our Women's Writing Festival.
If you'd like to volunteer at the Brontë Parsonage Museum, keep an eye on our 'Opportunities' page. We have long-term, short-term, and one-off volunteering opportunities throughout the year.
Senior Leadership Team
Our Senior Leadership Team steers the Brontë Parsonage Museum towards achieving our goals, and ensures we continue to work with our core values at heart.
